My passion is to help and inspire people and this is why I chose to study Medicine at University in the UK. However, I was originally born in Norway and had to get accustomed to the culture and the system here in the UK so it was difficult at first and I had to truly figure out how to do well academically, socially and in life. Before I went to medical school I acted as a tutor at primary school for years 1-7 as well as a substitute teacher for 1 year. My educational background includes the IB diploma. Now that I have graduated from Medical School I want to continue to contribute with teaching, inspiring and helping others with what I am capable of. After all: The word "Doctor" stems from the latin word "Docere", which means "To Teach"!

My interests and hobbies include: Reading, chess, martial arts, gym/running/skiing. In terms of educational background I have completed UK Medical School, the IB diploma (equivalent to A levels) and Norwegian standard school system. I am familiar with the UK system and have access to materials which will enable me to teach at all levels.
