I have a BA(hons) IN Performing Arts from the University of Chichester and PGCE English and Drama from the University of Sussex. I took my A levels at Portsmouth college where I studied Performing Arts, English Literature, Psychology and Biology. I attained level B1 in the French language from Alliance Francaise in Lyon, Fr and am currently studying in the field of counselling/therapy.
About me
Hey! I'm Becca - I love reading by the sea, singing, painting and spending time with my two cats! I am an English literature, language and Drama teacher so plays, books, film and music is definitely my cup of tea! My expertise is in secondary school English and Drama up to GCSE , so ages 11-16. I am most experienced with the AQA exam board, but also have experience with the other major exam boards. I have worked with students from all over the world with all different learning styles as well as students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ASD and ADHD. I really enjoy meeting new people and discovering different cultures and have been lucky enough to have lived in several different countries ( Canada, Thailand and France) I can speak conversational French and would love to learn a few more languages in the future!
