About me
I tutor History and Religious Education/Studies (Philosophy and Ethics) from Primary through to GCSE and A Level. I also tutor History at undergraduate degree level. I have experience teaching and marking the AQA, OCR and Edexcel exam boards. I speak English and I am really happy to tutor students across all ages. I have taught students with SEND and EAL across many ages. Hello! I am Charlie, a 26-year-old History and Education graduate from the U.K. I am a Qualified Teacher. I love walking with my dogs and hiking, athletics and sports and reading. I care passionately about animals, environmental issues and mental health. I live with my partner and our rescue dog. I achieved a 2:1 Bachelors degree in History in 2017 and achieved a commendation during my training year in 2018. I worked as a full time teacher in U.K. secondary schools for over three years. I was also an Assistant Head of Year for one year. I have mentored a training teacher. I believe that all young people deserve the chance to have the very best education and I want to inspire lifelong learning!
